Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 26 April 2026 · Effective from: 15 January 2026

These Terms govern your use of fortunicacasinouk.co.uk. They are a contract between you and Fortunica Casino UK. By browsing the site, reading our reviews, or clicking any affiliate link, you accept the Terms below. If anything here does not work for you — particularly the limitation of liability or the choice-of-law clause — please leave the site rather than continue.

The Terms are written for adult readers in the United Kingdom. They are intentionally short on legalese and long on specifics. Where a clause matters, we say so plainly.

1. Who we are, and who we are not

Fortunica Casino UK is an independent online casino review website. We publish reviews, comparisons and guides about UK-facing online casinos. We are not a casino. We are not a bookmaker. We are not a payment provider. We do not hold your money, accept stakes, run games, issue bonuses, or process withdrawals. Our entire output is editorial.

Every casino we review is operated by a separate company, not by us. When you click through to a casino from our site and register, your relationship is with the casino — not with Fortunica Casino UK. Their terms, their privacy policy, their bonus rules, their KYC procedure all apply to your account there. We can recommend, we can warn, we can rate. We cannot adjudicate disputes between you and a casino, and we cannot modify their terms.

Always read a casino's own Terms before depositing. Bonus rules and payout policies change without notice — we update reviews regularly (see our Editorial Policy), but the operator's live page is the source of truth on the day you sign up.

2. Age and eligibility

This site is for users aged 18 or over. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18. If you are not, leave now.

UK gambling law (the Gambling Act 2005, as amended by the Gambling Act 2014) makes it an offence to invite, cause or permit a child to gamble. The Gambling Commission is the responsible regulator (gamblingcommission.gov.uk) and operators serving British players must hold a Commission licence. Where we recommend casinos that do not hold a Commission licence — for example offshore operators accepting British players — we say so explicitly in the review.

If you share a household with under-18s, please use parental control software to restrict access to gambling sites. We list practical options on our Responsible Gambling page.

This site contains affiliate links. When you click a "Sign up", "Get bonus" or "Play now" button on a review page and subsequently register or deposit at the casino, Fortunica Casino UK receives a commission. The commission is paid by the casino, not by you. The bonus, the wagering, the deposit limits and every other condition are exactly the same as if you registered without going through us.

The presence or absence of an affiliate agreement does not change a review. We have published low ratings for casinos we work with commercially, and we have given high marks to casinos we have no commercial relationship with. The full description of how affiliate revenue interacts (and does not interact) with editorial decisions sits on the Affiliate Disclosure page.

4. Accuracy and currency of information

We try hard to keep reviews accurate. Oliver and the editorial team verify bonus terms, payout speeds, game catalogues and licence numbers on the operator's own pages and on the regulator's register. The "verified" date on each review tells you when that check last happened.

Things still change between updates. A casino might cut its welcome bonus from £3,000 to £1,500 the day after we re-tested. A payment method might disappear. A new wagering clause might be added. Before you act on anything you read here — particularly anything involving real money — please cross-check on the operator's own site. Where we have got something wrong and you can show us where, write to [email protected] and we will fix it (the procedure is in our Editorial Policy).

Nothing on the site is financial advice, legal advice or tax advice. It is an editorial opinion plus verified facts.

5. Intellectual property

All editorial text, ratings, photographs, graphics, the site code and the overall layout are owned by Fortunica Casino UK or licensed to us. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not republish whole reviews, scrape the site, or use our content to train a generative model without written consent. Casino logos and trade marks shown in reviews belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

If you spot what looks like an infringement of someone else's copyright on our site, please flag it to [email protected] with the URL and a brief explanation. We will investigate within seven working days.

6. Links to other sites

The site links out — to regulators, to support charities, to operators, to providers, to research papers. We cannot vouch for what those external sites do once you leave us. Their privacy policies, their security practices, their content quality are their responsibility. A link is not an endorsement of every page on the linked site.

Two categories of outbound link are special. Affiliate links to casinos are clearly labelled and disclosed (see clause 3). Links to support organisations such as GamCare, BeGambleAware and GAMSTOP are non-commercial; we do not earn anything when you click them.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Fortunica Casino UK excludes liability for:

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that English law does not allow to be limited. Where you have a problem with a specific operator, the right route is the operator's complaints process first, then their licensing authority — for UKGC-licensed operators, the Gambling Commission's complaints route at gamblingcommission.gov.uk; for offshore operators, the relevant licensing authority listed in the review.

8. Responsible gambling

Gambling is meant to be entertainment, not income. We mean that — every review on the site reminds readers of it, and we will not work with operators that ignore player protection. We recommend every reader to:

Our full Responsible Gambling page covers warning signs, self-assessment, and the support network in more depth.

9. Cookies, analytics and personal data

Browsing the site sets a small number of cookies — three first-party essentials, several tied to Google Analytics and Cloudflare, and a handful of affiliate-tracking cookies that fire when you press a tracked button. None carry your name or email. The full list, with provider, purpose and lifetime, is on the Cookie Policy page. The legal-bases framework — what data we hold, how long, your UK GDPR rights, and the route to complain to the ICO if we mishandle a request — is on the Privacy Policy page.

By continuing to use the site after the consent banner has been answered, you accept the cookie behaviour described on the Cookie Policy page. Reversing a previous consent choice takes one click via the "manage cookie preferences" link in the footer.

10. Acceptable use

Most readers come to the site, read a review, click through to a casino (or don't) and leave. That is the entire intended use. The Terms below cover the small number of behaviours that are not acceptable.

Coordinated disclosure of a security issue — typing it up, emailing privacy@ or editorial@, giving us 14 days to fix before any public write-up — is welcomed. We don't bring legal action against good-faith researchers.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page is the simple signal. Material changes — anything that affects your rights or obligations — will also be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days after the update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes that cannot be resolved by correspondence will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before any court action, please write to [email protected]; almost everything we have ever had to discuss has been resolved by email within a fortnight.
